Lion Team

Lion Team Projects are consulting projects conducted by CLGO and LGO students in the form of team cooperation. It has to be finished within one semester. It is a perfect platform for LGO and CLGO students because both Chinese and US students need to cooperate in real enterprise cases rather than a simulated environment.

Dragon Team

CLGO Dragon Team initiative was started by the first CLGO class in March 2008, using the highly successful Tiger Team model at MIT’s LGO program. CLGO student build up Dragon Teams to work on real problems in industry, with guidance from the CLGO faculty. These teams provide value-add solutions to problems faced by partner companies., They are also a great platform for CLGO students to gain experience in manufacturing and operations problems solving.
