The I-Plus program requires trainees to collect enough effective information in a short period of time on a brand new project in an unfamiliar company, which requires very high communication skills. Through the matchmaking and implementation of the project, the communication ability of the participants is largely improved. Secondly, I-Plus projects are usually problems and pain points in the actual management or operation of the enterprise, which require the trainees to make the right judgment and find the right entry point to solve the problems. Usually, after doing a project, it is very helpful to the participants' leadership and execution in their future work.

In fact, the CLGO course framework is a circle to choose the direction of the work of everyone, forming a small collective. Therefore, in terms of personal education, it is true that I have learned a lot of methodology and frameworks from my major at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and then I have a deep understanding of cross-team communication in my work. But in terms of career, at present, I feel that these deep and reliable small groups have not yet played out the commercial value. I hope to make use of it as soon as possible, and maintain this community well, so that there will be more opportunities for commercialization.

I also communicated and interacted with my classmates and some of the other classes (IMBA, Part-Time MBA). Many CLGO alumni gave me a lot of advice and help during my job search and understanding of the industry, such as internships, networking and interview opportunities. After working, I also had the opportunity to communicate with some of my classmates in some business areas, such as in some emerging industries such as hydrogen energy.

Commonalities: 1. Uses the same textbooks and cases, very classic and hardcore assignments that help improve the ability to solve complex problems 2. Both have large practice programs and alumni groups that can provide the necessary information needed for career development.

Importance: 1. Enhance your knowledge of your target industry and field in all aspects, and find your career development direction early 2. Alumni network can assist in connecting to your target jobs, and alumni are very nice.
